She Survived a Devastating Accident. Then Her True Healing Began
Everyone. I hope this message finds each of you so very well. I’m speaking to you from my studio in West Orange, New Jersey, and I could not be more delighted to welcome Isabelle Daikeler, a gifted wellness advisor and spiritual guide whose life’s work is devoted to helping people return to their authentic selves. For more than two decades, Isabelle has supported celebrities, athletes, and everyday individuals in reducing stress, cultivating inner peace, and living with greater alignment by integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and holistic healing practices.
Awakening Through Physical Crisis
Isabelle’s calling was born from a profound moment of rupture and rebirth. At just 22 years old, she survived a devastating car accident that left her unable to walk and plunged her into a landscape of fear, uncertainty, and loss. Guided by alternative medicine, meditation, and deep inner listening, Isabelle experienced a powerful awakening to the mind-body-spirit connection and understanding that healing is not only physical, but deeply emotional and spiritual.
Her journey back to walking became a journey back to herself, revealing the resilience, intuition, and spiritual grounding that now shapes her life’s mission. Isabelle helps others navigate their own challenges with authenticity, compassion, and trust in their inner wisdom. Her work invites people to reconnect with who they truly are, cultivate emotional resilience, and create lives rooted in meaning and purpose.
I’m looking forward to talking with Isabelle, who’s joining us from Malibu, California, about her extraordinary journey from the life-altering accident in her teens through profound grief to her awakening born of crisis. We’ll also explore the mind-body-spirit connection. Mindful parenting, which happens to be a favorite subject of mine. I really want to hear about that. Rebirth after loss and much more. We will all surely be moved by the wisdom and hope Isabelle offers to anyone seeking healing, meaning, and joy after heartbreaking loss. Isabelle.

I already know you’re a delight. A warm welcome to the show.
This was so nice. It was so much about humans in general, much more than about me, which is so lovely to hear because that’s what it’s about.
Just even knowing you for the little bit that I do, you work with people to teach them to be authentic. You certainly are, which is a beautiful thing.
Thank you so much.
You’re welcome. No masks. This is who I am, and this is where I am. Let’s begin with the accident that changed everything in your life.
I wanted to point out that the accident was just like 101. It was a little glimpse. It was not the real huge surrender after the birth of my boy when I was 40. Almost twenty years ago. The accident was a heads-up. Meaning that it was pretty bad. I couldn’t get back on my feet. I was told I was going to limp. If I was going to walk, I was going to limp for the rest of my life. It was a big wake-up call because I was very athletic, and movement, more than just exercise movement, was a way for me to discharge, ground, and stabilize.
When it was taken away for a few years, it really threw me off. Also, I was respected in my field, and I had helped many, and yet I couldn’t help myself. That was also a wake-up call on what was available to people. When I went around and when I tried to get myself back on my feet, I realized there’s a lot of information that is not out there because it’s not getting me there. It was an exploration in ways to get my body to move and function again.
Were you hit by a car? Is that what happened to you?
I do not know if you can see my hands. I was going this way. There was a car that ran a red light that way. It hit me in the car. I went through the windshield.
How wonderful for you. Thank God my boyfriend at the time was driving behind me. There was nobody. It was some holiday, maybe the 4th of July, but it was late. He was behind me, and he’s the one who was able to call someone because it was dark, it was late, there was nobody around, but because of him, he could call and help.
Both of your legs were affected, or one of your legs was affected?
Both of my legs, especially my knees, because when I went through the windshield, my knees got caught in the steering wheel. I’m still dealing with some aspect of that. I have ways to maintain it, but it’s part of my life. Always a good way.
You and I have that in common because with my car accident, which our listeners know about, I still have physical effects from that too, because even though you’re operated on, there’s scar tissue, there are other issues of all kinds of other things that happen.
Scar on my face. Every time something happens, it doesn’t have to be this bad, but your health is taken away. It’s a reminder of what really matters because we get caught in so many little things that do not really matter, but we really get caught in those emotionally, mentally, spiritually. It’s funny when I say those three. I do not know about you, but it’s more all of that. The mental and the emotional live. We are within the spiritual. There’s no separation of any sort.
Some people that are here, you talk about that, Isabelle, they’re not aware of that. We’re surrounded by our souls.
We are it. It feels like the spark of light within us is crystallized to a makeshift body. That crystallization, that light, that soul is really what we are. That’s the missing information. I often say, it’s as if you had a third arm your entire life and you never used it because you didn’t know it was there. It could have been very useful. It’s how I see it. It’s not that it’s not there. You’re not consciously pointed in that direction to be able to really consciously bring it in and access it like a third arm because it’s that easy, because that’s what we are. There’s no searching and seeking.
We do not know that which is so great. People do not know that they have that resource with them all the time.
Yes. It’s you and I who are saying things that have been said by the great for thousands of years. I’m always very adamant that I’m very aware that I’m not creating the moon here. I am just my life in my way. Let me go back to the eternal truth. We all have different entryways into that. The accident was part of it. Also, like a few years after that, I got sick in a way that people didn’t know what I had. I was extremely tired, didn’t know what to do, got so tired that I couldn’t walk, couldn’t move, was in my bed, lost my clientele, borrowed money. No doctors could tell me. That was the number two event. I didn’t wake up enough the first time around. I went back to my stuff.
You had an accident and your stuff. You were working. How were you working? What were you doing?
I was a rehab specialist trainer doing body work, assistant coaching. Very physical and very comfortable.
That really stopped you from doing what you were able to do.
True healing isn't just physical. It's an emotional and spiritual awakening to who you really are. Share on X
Reclaiming Health Beyond Traditional Medicine
A hundred percent. When I got sick, and I think they would call it chronic fatigue syndrome, which just means they do not know what you have, that’s when I encountered adaptogen mushrooms. I went around and around with doctors, and borrowed money for all of them. The best I got was an antidepressant, which was not the key. I took one pill, and it made me crazy. I was like, “That is not it.” Basically, being depressed, always saying being depressed was the most sane emotional reaction I could have had at the time because I was broke. I lived in a box. I lost all my clients. Nobody can help me. I’m depressed.
I do not blame you. I would say so. You were going through all this grief, plus all this other stuff is happening to you. What were you learning about yourself also while all of this was taking place, and you were, in a way, being invited into a new way of seeing and being through a series of inner openings. Can you tell us about that?
I will. I had to be. I’m trying to lead you to the big thing that you and I are going to talk about in focus. It’s like I had to be smashed against the wall so many times. I was not this easy to awaken, and I got it. No, I just had to run into the wall again. The second time I was explaining is when I discovered adaptogen mushrooms, not psychedelic mushrooms. I started creating concoctions that these little Korean women taught me. That got me on track.
The thing I wanted to mention, which seems like an insignificant detail, but it was huge for me, is I was in my box, my little place, and I would cook in a chaudron, and I would cook this potion with melon to a thick, disgusting syrup, because I would do it at home. The process of cooking it and putting it all together was as healing as the making of it. I didn’t quite compute it. I just noticed. That space of me paying attention to these plants and to these herbs and to these mushrooms and understanding them and making it happen.
Something about that became important for me in my life. Again, the reminder of health and emotional wellbeing, how important it is. Those mushrooms ended up being in the shake that I co-created that sold billions of servings. Mushrooms were the key because it became my little tool with my clients. The ones that were open.
Now you’re reconnecting with your clients, and you’re offering them this new thing that you’re doing. They were very happy too.
Most of them felt a difference, and then cut to decades later, 40, I gave birth to my boy. That’s when I couldn’t walk for 10 to 12 years.
Tell us about that.
I gave birth at home. It was very long, 25 hours. If I had been at the hospital, they would have given me a C-section. I was extremely fit, tight. My baby did not drop. Literally, I had my contractions, and we had to make that happen as we went. Something went wrong in my pelvic ball, but nobody knew what to do once again. I do not know if I can go into details, but I had anal fissures. There was no butthole. It was just fissures. It was so painful. I was like 120, and I went down to 102. I lost all my muscle mass, and I was desperate, and he was messing up with my marriage.
No career, meaning my work. I just had a boy. I thought I was going to have him on my backpack, hiking and stuff. That was the thought that I thought that’s the kind of mother I’m going to be. Now I’m on the floor all day. I breastfeed him on the floor, and I do not feel like I can be the mother I want to be. It went on, like I said, 10 to 12. It went on forever. At some point, that was the big key. You had your big key that I’m so grateful you shared with me before this call. Many of us go through something like that.
The Transforming Power of Ultimate Surrender
Hopefully we go through it. Others do not have to get there. I was on the floor, and I had not been praying. It was lovely as I remember saying to people, “If God exists, wonderful. If he doesn’t, I still see the value of being a good person and doing well. It’s serving me. It feels good.” More lives, no life. I was okay with all of it. That night, it was a true surrender of who I thought I was, and I couldn’t do anything to help myself. I was out of tricks, and emotionally, I was cooked.
Not only that, when you know you for three minutes, you’re so driven, and you’re so powerful.
I love being present.
Now I could feel it. You were like everything about you. It’s like a pack of dominoes where your life was one way, and now they’re thrown up in the air, and everything lands in a different direction. Would you say that?
Yes, absolutely.
You’re dealing with the unknown, and you’re learning to live with uncertainty, your fear, and loss. How did you start to approach healing and life transition?
I put out my first prayer where I said, “I am out of tricks. I do not know what to do. I’m done.” If I hadn’t had my son, I’d be like, “Beam me up. I’m done.” It was so visceral. It was so deep. That’s when, in this show, I think I can go into it. The only way that I could be in a little bit less pain was to have my lower leg on a chair, 90 degrees, my back flat on the floor, and my body started shaking on my tailbone like this for three days, three nights, just shaking. If I thought, I have to pee, it would stop.
I would crawl to the bathroom, and all the way back, it would lead me right back to the same spot. I would start shaking again, and I could feel how good it was for me. Now I didn’t know about somatic work. At the time, I think that’s what was happening. The intelligence of the body just unwinding the stress and trauma. Within that, when it was over, I will not go into details unless you ask me, but this is what people call channeling, although it doesn’t feel out to me. It feels in. It feels like the soul itself, the wisest part of myself, was alive now. I got in touch with it.
What do you think actually woke you up? Do you think it was the experience of having your son and being so debilitated, and now you’re fighting for your life and fighting to be able to go on, and you’re surrendering, and you get an answer. You start getting some help.
That’s right. It’s all of it. The reason why I spoke about the first car crash, the chronic fatigue syndrome, is because it led me. I still was not getting it.
Step by step.
When that happened, that’s when I was able to surrender my human will in a way of thinking, I know, and realizing, just like you said, it’s only the unknown. It’s only the fragility of what we think we have control of. It’s all these things that feel so scary to let go of. When you let it go, how I describe it is that from that moment on, even like you said, there’s still a hard time of rehabilitation and getting back on track, and your whole life is something else you’ve changed, and you do not know where you’re going.
Surrendering your need for control isn't giving up. It's opening the door to inner peace and higher guidance. Share on X
All that you know so well. There’s a hammock. Instead of hitting the floor from that moment on, this hammock. Soul, spirit, God, light, the powers that are nature’s power. Call it anything you want, that hammock. I was now feeling that. Every time there were hard times, I felt that support. I do not know if that’s going to make sense, but that’s authenticity because that is who we are.
You weren’t looking to cover it. You weren’t looking to put a mask on it. You were dealing with what you had to deal with, honestly, as best you could.
Knowing where I could do and where I couldn’t do.
When did you start to walk again after all of this? When did you heal enough to, like, did one day you just pick yourself up and, “I’m walking”?
No. It’s after that moment that desperation and I was in some depression. Everything lightened up, and basically somebody asked me a question, and my head shook. My upper body went straight up. The next morning, we were leaving. We were in Hawaii. That’s important. We were in Hawaii. My upper body went straight up. That person asked me a question, and I shook my head, and then my upper body went back down, and I didn’t know anything about it. I was like, “What is that?” The other person thought it was hysterical and just kept asking me questions for at least an hour or two.
Eventually I said, “Listen, I really wish it would stop lifting me because I have no muscles at that point. My stomach was burning me. I wish they could just shake my head.” I said, “I’m done.” He’s like, “One more question.” He asked, and my body didn’t go up. I said, “What? It’s listening to me.” At that point, I had heard about Hawaii. Maybe it’s the spirit of the island. On the plane on our way back, the person asked me a question. Once again, at that point I was just doing yes and no. I thought it followed me.
As you said yourself, I didn’t know about that stuff. I didn’t read it in a book. It was an aspiration of mine. The evolution began where that became intrinsic, more real, absorbed it. To this day, because the information is what people call downloading. To this day, I’m just processing all that information because I had an amazing little experience, very on my own. It’s not even important to go into it. Phenomenal. As you said, there were experiences, and I wasn’t raised in any religion, and these ways of speaking and these figures showed up where I didn’t know them. I didn’t even have a name for them.
They were your spirit guides. They were whatever your higher self is.
I do not even dare to name it. I do not want to put it in a category because all of it is soul, light, and guidance. Once you know you do not think, you do not seek. Once you know that is, you are, it is, there’s a softness that lies over you. That softness is what led me slowly to finding my way to getting back years of rehabilitation, getting back on my feet while I had my son, and talking about conscious mothering. I remember thinking for mothers out there that perhaps they cannot mother the way they think they should or were told to, or if you do not do this, it’ll be like that.
Your son, your daughter will. Who knows what I got to say. I was very intent on mothering a certain way. It was bombed out of me. All that out the window. The amazing thing about what happened was the greatest gift I could have given my son. We have to go through all that stuff to wake up to the beauty that we are. For sure, I know we are good at the seed of it. We are good. All the stuff that we hear about human nature, bad, I know we’re not. I just wanted to say that because it’s such a big negative message nowadays.
Also, one of your core teachings is that living from the soul reduces stress and opens the door to a more meaningful life. You’re talking about how you got to that.
That’s your truth.
Tell me how you went through this whole experience.
Cultivating Authentic Conscious Mothering
I want to say, because my heart is so invested in that, I was not hiking with him. I wasn’t playing with him. I couldn’t do all sorts of things with him. He was raised not looking for that third arm. He was raised knowing that his soul is. He is the soul. My guidance became like a friend. It became just normal for him. There was no ego attached to it. There’s so much ego, like you said, right? It really resonated with that. The world of spirituality has become a business. There’s so much ego, and it’s also attached to beauty and putting yourself together. You’re dressed right.
You’ve learned all the tools of public speaking, which has nothing to do with what I see when I look at you. The truth of an experience. That’s the truth. That’s the reality. It took me years to realize that, “He doesn’t have that. He doesn’t think it’s a big deal to channel or to connect with guidance. It’s just part of his life.” My guidance. My husband called it Soleil, which is sun in French. My son will just say, “Soleil, blah, blah, question.” Just normal.
Eventually I could say, “You’ve got Soleil. Ask yours.” He was not like, “I cannot do that. Only mom can do that.” No. When I said, “You got Soleil, you go.” He did. He would write automatically. I said, “How was the answer?” He said, “It was great. It was even better than the stuff you give me.” I said, “Yes, because that’s yours.”
It knows you. It is you. That’s an incredible gift. Whoever is not living up to the concept of what kind of mother they were, you do not know what gift you are infiltrating in your little person. You do not know. Do not focus on the loss. Focus on what is in front of you, what exists because of the loss that you can now share forward and from a truthful place. Anyway, I just wanted to say that.
That’s beautiful. A lot of kids are not raised by parents who are authentic.
They do not know.
They have a mask on, and they learn from that mask.
That mask is fear and protection. The truth shall set you free. As we said, nothing has been said before.
Someone comes to you. They’ve been through whatever terrible things they’ve been through. They’ve come through, and they want a more meaningful life. How do you help them connect with their authentic selves? They do not know they have a mask on. Why is it such a powerful antidote to stress about what they’re going through? How does that work?

Everybody has a different entryway. We’re all different. This is why some people will gravitate toward you, toward me, toward someone else. We all need to hear things differently in order to drop in a little bit. The same way that we all have different experiences to nudge us toward that dropping in. First of all, space is in nature. I built a little temple. There are crystals underneath the ground. We’re surrounded by lakes. My point to that is nature is huge. It’s very much a part of what I do. I feel like it’s there again, like the hammock. They calm down because the central nervous system is crucial.
You take them into nature.
Get them to breathe. They sit, and we talk because I need to hear why they think they came to me, because sometimes they think this, and we end up way over here after the conversation, and that’s up to them. There’s a conversation, and the goal is safety, expression, emotions, and breaths to drop in and to hopefully get to a place of looking at exactly instead of getting lost in the storylines of all the stuff that happens. I want to bring them, if possible, to what is exactly in front of them.
Because I say to them, “You can get lost in all the history of your life, or you can get lost in ancestral being and past life. I’m not saying any of it is a bad thing, but you can easily get lost, especially when you start. Life, God puts things right in front of you. Whatever seems to be the problem right now, right here today, as you speak to me, whether it’s a silly little thing that happened this morning or a chronic challenge that is still in front of your face. This is our dropping area. This is where we go. We breathe. We allow the individual to hopefully speak simply from the emotional state, not trying to point the finger at anybody.”
You’re also taking them away from their ego where they’re having. You’re taking them into their emotional state, which is probably never been in touch with before. Many have a concept that they have an emotional state, which is when you talk about mindful parenting and raising resilient children. That’s also about you talking about emotional intelligence, and a lot of people do not have that emotional challenge.
They’re being taught not to. We’re being taught to be up here.
They’re being taught to shut down and not honor their feelings, and what they’re telling them.
The body, I’ve learned, I do not even know teaching is the word, to be honest with you. I do not see myself like that. I’m just sharing. What I know is the great wisdom of the body, and the body is very comfortable with emotions. Your ego, your mental thinking. It’s scared of the unknown and emotions, and it rationalises, and it finds reason for it. Who did what to whom, why, and what you should be doing, and how to protect yourself from the next time somebody blah, blah.
Releasing Stress Through Emotional Presence
The gloves are up tenses you up. Dropping into perhaps all of those storylines, my dear, all right. This is not why I’m here. I would like you to understand that your body can feel all these emotions, and it’s very comfortable and very adept at it. It’s designed to process emotions. If you let your thoughts hijack these emotions, it will recycle. It’s like mental masturbation. You’re never out, and you think you’re emoting, but you’re just cycling the same anger, shame, hurt, depression, fear over and over and over again.
We’re trying to bring them to trust their bodies. The breath is key because it’s hard to focus on your breath and still think thoughts and let the feeling whatever feeling you have, let it be for a moment. It doesn’t have to be the great catharsis in a great awakening for a moment. Allow it from that place. We can step into the harmonic egg, which is amazing for the central nervous system, or we can do healing sessions. I call it healing. I feel more like I’m just a conduit. I’m just a conduit. I do not do a thing. I’m a conduit to all that is.
I feel that with this show too. We are central. We’re bridges.
Whether it’s the harmonic egg or whatever they’re comfortable with or the healing work. It’s about reminding them, having an experience, a drop-in, just to get them to see it’s you. Whatever you came to me thinking of, it’s you. You have it, your breath. I often say, it’s very popular nowadays to go to the sacred places on earth. Amazing. I totally agree. You do not need it. You do not need the money for it.
You do not need to have a ten-course, five-bullet-point, eat a course and pass the degree and have a certification that now you’re it, you’re it. Your temple is your body, your soul, and your breath. You can dip in because you have to have an experience. Have to stop believing and searching and have an experience, which you know is what transforms you to surrendering to that. That is my goal. I have a few tools. I do sound bad about one thing.
Tell us about the tools, and also one of the things before you tell us about the tools. If someone is saying, “She’s talking about emotional intelligence in kids, and she’s talking about a different way to do things with children. How do I nurture this empathy and inner strength and self-awareness in my child? What should I do?”
The first thing to do is to nurture a little bit of it in you, because they learn much more from sensing you, because that soul, that spirit, that energetic vibrational frequency, whatever words you’re comfortable tapping into, whatever makes you feel okay about this concept. They learn from that more than anything. We know that now, even science will say that. You do not have to know anything. That’s the thing. When I went through my thing, I was learning as I was mothering. I didn’t know anything, but I was open and receptive to moving through it and embracing my son within it.
There are moments where, as a parent, you’re allowed not to know. To give a concrete example. Let’s say you had a reaction and you realize it’s not quite fair. It wasn’t quite accurate. You do not know why, but you know it was not okay. Your son or your daughter is reacting emotionally because they’re good at that. They’re a good mirror, good reflection. You do not have to know. You can say, “Mom is a mess right now. I do not know if it’s stress. I do not know what’s going on. Whatever my reaction was, it was not about you. It was not about you. I’m trying to figure it out.
As you, I’m at my level of trying to figure out and learning and growing. I’m so sorry if I hurt your feelings. Give me a hug. Do you forgive me?” They always forgive you. That’s the drop in a moment. You need moments. You do not need to have the key to the temple. You do not need to know ahead of time. You do not have a method. The method is to be present, honest, authentic, and live that moment with as much honesty. Forget the word authenticity if it’s a little vague for you. Everybody knows that authenticity, that honesty, that truth feels good.
It feels good because it’s a representation of your truth. It’s where you are at this moment in life. This is where I’m at right now. I’m scared about the lack of communication with my husband. There’s a disconnect, and we’ve been together for twenty years, but I do not feel close to him. I’m scared about it. I do not understand. You do not have to figure it out. Just the naming and knowing this is where I’m hurt. You can be angry and point the finger because he did, and I didn’t do that. First drop in is that you love that being, and being disconnected is being disconnected from your own feelings.
Acknowledging your own feelings, your truth, where you are, without the whistles and bells and all the decoration we put on top of it to make it okay to say, “It’s not okay.” Often we think, and I’m sure you’ve lived up to those moments, “If I my fear, my sadness, it will never end.” Guess what? It ends a lot faster when you allow it. When you surrender it, it moves out. As opposed to if you hold onto it here, then you’re stuck for 10 years, 50 years, and you know that more than anybody.
I know that so well. If a person is tuning in to this, or there will be a lot of people tuning in to this, and they say, “Isabelle, I’m hearing what you’re saying. How do I start? What are everyday practices that I can do to begin now to create more peace in my life and become more authentic? More comfortable within my own skin?”
First of all, you can do just that. Whenever you’re alone, and you have a sense of, you know, how sometimes we hope we feel tense and it’s just tense, whether it’s our shoulders or we squeeze our hands or whatever we do with this nervous energy, you can, for a moment, again, I want to talk to everyone. I’m not into giving you long practice. There are great masters for that. By all means, if it’s interesting and it’s a drop-in for you, do it. I’m trying to access ease and instantness. When you feel that tension, why am I so tense in the sternum, in the pit of my stomach? Take that breath.
Focus on where you feel it. Take another one. Very often you’ll feel sadness or tears move up your throat. If you can take another one and see what happens. Do not do anything with it. I’m not asking you to fix it, understand it. Breathe. That is my number one tool. It’s cheap. We all have it. We can all do it. Breathe. If you cannot move and take that time, fantastic.

Now, if you can add one breath, twelve times that day, you’re on the phone with a girlfriend, she said something that hurt, you responded back, and you hang up, and you’re just not happy with it. Breathe. Take that one breath. Again, you do not have to understand. That is literally God at work. You breathe, you allow it. You’re not pretending authenticity, truth. The beginning of truth is stopping yourself from pretending not to be affected by somebody or something that pretends that you think your reaction was appropriate.
Simple Daily Practices for Self-Healing
You know when it’s not. You can make believe a bunch of stuff here, but here it’s tense. It’s not comfortable. That’s the truth. Breathe into the uncomfortableness wherever it is in your body. If you can take that one breath several times a day, I swear to you, you do not have to do anything. You will want to take a second breath at some point. At some point, you will want to take a third breath. At some point, you may have a cry for three minutes, and you will feel better. That’s the beginning.
You’re getting them to focus on their feelings. That’s what I hear is to focus on what they are.
Do not be afraid of it.
You’re also trying to encourage them to live in alignment. This is such a fast-paced world, and living in alignment often is a challenge because you need to be grounded to live in this world, and you have all these things swirling around you.
All that information about how to be grounded.
I know one of the things you do is you encourage people to take a bath.
Water is so healing.
Do you want to tell us a little bit about all of that? Be grateful. Gradually speak. I know that.
You’re 70-something percent water, right? Water is a big deal. We need water to survive. When you take a bath, if you can actually, and I do not know if it’s out there for some people. If it’s out there, forget I said it. Just take a nice bath and maybe breathe a little bit here and there. Do not bring your phone. Do not listen to stuff. Even if it’s spiritual stuff, you’re still listening to outside voices. We’re trying to get you comfortable being with yourself because we’re uncomfortable being with ourselves. We’ve been told, or we’ve learned through childhood, all the ways to be in a way to be accepted.
The way to be for others.
It starts with family, right?
Absolutely.
We need to be with our family to survive as infants. We learn very quickly to mirror and to give and to sense what is required of us to be loved. There’s the journey. Take that bath. If there’s something you need to feel, perhaps feel it. Bath is soothing. It’s warmth. It’s a pause. When you’re in the bath, there’s nothing else to do. Please keep your phone away. Also, water is divine. Everything is divine. There’s something beautiful about water. Pray over it. Talk to it. Tell it. If you cannot reverse it, look at yourself and speak to your body, which I do all the time, then talk to the water.
Wait, so you wake up in the morning, and your back is hurting, or you’re getting twitches in your back or something.
I breathe in it.
You breathe into your back, and you thank your back for being there for you even though right now it’s hurting.
I do not know what’s going on. I’m going to continue searching for answers, but I’m just breathing, bringing blood flow to your area. I hear you. I’m open to anything that is emotional within it. It does not have to be just emotional, but whatever is emotional within it, I welcome it. That’s just inner dialogue. I get you. It hurts because you do not objectify your body. It’s a good question. Understand that your back hurting is you hurting. Your back is you. Do not put it out there. The thing that’s out there that I need to fix. It is you. Speak to it.
You can breathe into the area that hurts. Also, now there are people that teach that somatic is a form of it, but you do not even need that. Again, I’m trying to access everybody where they’re at. Broke, very little money, little time. I want people to have something to go to now. Breathe now, back as a good example, breathe, love it, acknowledge it, because that’s the thing we all seek. We want to be seen, but we do not expose. We do not expose.
That is so true. That is so profound. Let’s say it again. We want to be seen, but we do not expose.
It’s because it’s scary. Very early on, at some point you expose and were received weirdly, and it didn’t feel good. That’s the unknown that you do not want to go towards. You go over here instead, and then you spend your whole life going over here, but you just wanted to be seen, loved, appreciated, and received. That’s all of us. The best way to do that is, it hurts. Receive it, see it, love it, give yourself the thing that you want from life. Give it. You can. Even if it’s for 30 seconds. Now I was about to say that’s when you’re learning to self-soothe, self-love, self-integrate the central nervous system.
Also, you can wait and say, whatever movement would feel good right now, I will allow it. It might take me ten tries, but I really would like whatever body, whatever movement, little rotation or moving left and right, whether you’re sitting or lying, nothing gigantic. We’re not talking about acrobatics here. Just very gentle with your breath. No technique, nothing big. Just allow some movement.
Grief is a sane response to loss. Allow yourself to feel it so it can move through you and reveal your inner strength. Share on X
Eventually, you will see the body wants to move a certain way. It will move. I did it. It was not part of my curriculum. I didn’t learn it anywhere. My body started moving, and every day I was moving, letting it. Also, it teaches you to stop the control, objectifying the body, understanding, “There’s an intelligence here.” How wonderful, curious, allowing it, watching it. While you do that, you’re not in your head. Those are all little ways to be out of here.
The other thing I’m thinking about is that when we start our days, we’re all so consumed with our to-do list, and you’re encouraging people to take time by tuning into ourselves and to tuning into our inner needs and by talking to our bodies. People, instead of jumping out of bed to attend to everything, could take a few minutes.
Just a minute. You tell me you have no time because you got three kids and a job. I get it. A minute, a breath. You cannot talk yourself out of, “I do not have time to breathe one time.” In, a very long breath out. You do not have time for that. I do not know what to tell you.
Let me ask you something else. Now there are going to be audiences here who are in the middle of their own grief. How do they begin the process before clarity arrives there in hell? They want to find their way out of that. They want to move on, but they do not know what that looks like. How do you advise them? We’re talking about how a person, if they’ve gone through hell like you did, as I did, how do they rebirth themselves to recreate themselves after this loss and to start their journey?
Again, most of my work is one-on-one, so I’m very geared toward the individual. Whatever the words, guidance, that place, that hammock, it will speak through me. It knows how to say what to say. Here I would say, I would go back to what I said earlier. I’m curious what you thought about that when they were trying to give me antidepressants when I was depressed, because we’re afraid of depression. Again, caveat. Deep depression, wanting to take your life away. You need support. You need to go somewhere.
Many of us move to levels of depression that are not fun, but we’re not there. I’m speaking to that crowd. Not that what we talk about is not useful, but we have to be very careful and delicate when someone is really at the deep end. I would say, remember, “you’re depressed.” I said, “Yes.” That’s a sane reaction. Grief is sane. Take away the fear of it. Take away the “I got to stop it. I got to get out of it.”
Reframing Grief as a Natural Healing Spring
Allow the sanity of grief and the purpose of grief of what it does through the body when you do not think, “How long is it going to last? My life is over. I will never be again.” All that again, breath is very helpful with that. If you can just allow yourself to feel the grief, allow and tell people around you, reach out for “Sometimes I just need to cry. Can you just hold me? Can you just put your hand on me? Can you just stay in the kitchen or somewhere not far just in case I need you?” Do not be afraid to reach out, not to get fixed. You do not need to be fixed.
I always liken it to when you’re going through grief, you need to find your wagon train. Certain people understand and support you and can help you to become more empowered as you’re going through, because it’s very frightening. The other thing I say is if you’re exploring new doors for yourself, permit yourself. If a door doesn’t work out, walk in. “This isn’t for me.” Walk out. You’re doing your inner work to discover who you are now.
Talk to the God that you are. Right. Talk to that spark of light that you are, to that soul, to those frequencies. Fake it for a while if you have to. Talk to it. Meaning in the midst of your emotional outburst or even that quiet, low sense of nowhere land, your whole life is shattered. Say it out loud, because the angels hear you. They hear everything. If they were to give you everything you think about, it would be mayhem. Those thoughts, speak them out loud. Do not ask. It is there. It is given.
“Thank you for your support. I need that support. I’m so grateful. Help me move through this. Find the usefulness through it. Help me get to the next place. You guide me to the next place. I do not know what that next place is. I’m lost. You get me there. I know you’re there. Thank you so much. I love you so much.” Again, that’s speaking to you. That’s learning to self-love because it is all you. It goes back to the mothering. You’re learning. That grief could send you in such a place of awakening, of learning that there’s this incredible field of support that is palpable, it is tangible, it is as linear as what your body seems to be. We know now, quantum science, we’re 99.999% space. Even though it seems so solid, the rest is what? Frequency, fields. The rest is that.
I want to leave everybody with this thought. If you listen to Isabelle and what she’s advising, it really teaches you how to give yourself self-love, to take care of yourself. Once you have graduated and you’ve found your authentic self and you’re working in a different way, you become a role model for other people, and you keep spreading the good word that it is doable. You do not even know.
I can say that I still do not know that. You do not need to be a role model the way we’ve been taught what a role model is. See, that’s when you lose your authenticity. You will be imperfect.
“You’re role modeling your perfection,” but at least you role model that you’re healing in your movie.
Authentically. This is where I’m at. When you make mistakes, it’s not pretending to be yourself. You’re like, “Yes, I get it.” You breathe, you pause, you talk to yourself, to the power that be. You go back to very simple steps. I always say the same thing. I go to podcasts, and I’m like, “I’m going to be boring because I want the tools that are present here and now to everybody, and I want to stop this thing where you need a stick dipped into rose quartz.” I’m not saying no. I love it. I have huge crystals under my temple floor. All of it is wonderful. The help is not exterior.
The gemstone is within you.
That’s right. Those are amplified crystals in nature that we are.
What is your one message you most want to leave our audiences with, especially those who are tuning in to us, who are longing for healing, meaning, and a return to themselves? Where do they start?
You are so worthy. You are so lovable. You’re okay. The others, they are worthy. They are lovable. They’re okay. We all think we’re broken, and the message is everywhere. How much fixing you have to do. You’re human, yes, but you’re so worthy of that peace, and it is given. It is yours. It is there. Remember, you do not have to prove your worth. You need to settle in and feel that worth because you are that spark of light, and project that to others. Even when they piss you off. Even when the world makes no sense. It is all crystalline. It is all God.
There’s a mystery and an unknown that is not just dark and yucky. It wouldn’t be there if it was not creation first, if it was not creative energy first. Humans would not be around if we had not learned to collaborate and support each other. Support yourself. Understand that the other is just another frequency, another field with a tiny little mass body, but that field has no boundaries. Your frequency, your vibration, the tree, the human being, the dog, it has no boundaries. We blend. We are each other.
I was always likened to a part of a huge collective.
That’s right. I’m sure you’ve said all that in so many ways. I’m just reflecting the same truth and do not think you need people and things outside. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt that you are very lovable. Imperfect, yes. Who said there’s perfection required here? Who said that?

Many people grow up with that wound because if they weren’t perfect growing up, they weren’t loved, or things happened to them. If someone’s tuning in to this and they really want to get in touch with you, you do one-on-one sessions, don’t you? Do you do them remotely?
Yes, I do the healing remotely. I can do the egg session. I put a little picture in the egg. Of course, we can talk before we connect.
You’re going to leave us links.
They can again get in touch with you. Do you have wellness sessions per se, and do you have conversations with a person’s angels?
Whatever is there. First, I have a conversation with you because I do not see the difference between you and the angels. I’m with you, and we start where you are. We do not have to bring the angels. If the angels are a wacky thing for you. It’s all good. It’s you and me.
I am thrilled that they can be done remotely. Do you have discovery calls also so that they can explore?
What do you mean by a discovery call?
If they want to call and say, “I’m not sure she’s with me, but she’s with me, but I want to talk to her,” so you can talk to them and all that.
They email me, and if they write like, “I need to have a conversation,” yes, of course.
From your experience, Isabelle, why should everyone go out of their way to heal? What becomes possible when they choose to do their inner work that will change their lives?
They will find peace. They will find the peace they’re looking for. It is not complicated. Who said that? It’s not about the savior coming and saving us. It’s not about the powers that be coming and saving us. It’s about that peace allows you to see clearly, right? If you’re in fight-or-flight, you’re tense, and you’re reactive. If you’re calm, you can sit back, and you can respond. That peace takes the veil out, allows you to see, and your response will be different. Instead of slapping someone or yelling at someone, you will be able to pause, breathe, and say, “I can see that you’re hurt. I do not know what I did. I’m so sorry. Can we talk about it?” That will have a completely different report on you.
How different than what other people do, which is get all defensive and defend what they’ve done and all of that.
In the smallest way, the most selfish, selfless-less way to do this is that peace that the benefit of the doubt, the caring enough about yourself to sit back, pause, and respond definitely will gradually create different ripples and change your life. Therefore, the more of us do that, the more ripples of peace and self-acceptance and compassion and curiosity of oneself and others. We change the world, but we do not go out, “I’m going to change the world.” That’s the ego. “I want my life to be better. I want my relationship with my child to be better. I want to have a loving marriage. I want to be at peace with myself when I spend a day alone with myself if I have that luxury.” It starts there, and it will change everything one step at a time.
That’s beautiful. My other question. What is the famous Isabelle tip for finding joy in life, especially for those who are grieving or rebuilding their lives?
When you’re in the midst of grieving, it’s very challenging to think of joy and all that. It’s like bringing you from one end of an elastic to another. Trust that tension that you’re feeling, that grief, that deep desperation. It’s like you pulling the elastic and you’re stretching as far out as you can. Within that is the tension that will bring you back forward. You cannot see it because you’re tense, you’re tight, and you’re your grief. Allow it to stretch. Allow it to get you there. Be there knowing it’s a spring, and it will move you forward. You will not be the same after. It will gift your life. Allow that thought to be real. Think of yourself as a rubber band.
The more you heal, the more you’re going to be able to have that joy, to live that joy, and to literally enjoy your life. Isabelle, your journey reminds us that even in our most challenging moments, Spirit is quietly leading us towards healing and rebirth. By returning to your authentic self, you’ll uncover the strength, clarity, and inner wisdom that has been with you all along. I know this conversation has inspired and uplifted all who are walking through loss or uncertainty, because you embody the beautiful truth that rebirth is always possible and that we are far more resilient, guided, and held than we often realize. I want to thank you from my heart for this lovely interview, and I wish you abundant blessings always.
Thank you, right back at you.
Thank you. As I like to say, to be continued.
