The Hippie Kid Healer: Extraordinary Journey & Unique Childhood
Thank you. I’m so thrilled to be here. You reading all that, I had a trip down memory lane. There are so many memories in all the things you shared. I appreciate this and what you do here. It’s so needed.
Make this the turning point you’ve been waiting for. Share on X
Thank you. We’re going to help a lot of people, how you address different issues through food, keeping healthy, the intuitive piece that you also bring to what you do, and the spiritual piece. You’ve also dealt with grieving. You hit all the important spots for this show because we’re talking to people who are grieving, healing, and transforming. Certainly, what you do with food is part of how you help people transform, because people don’t think about the ramifications of what they’re eating and ingesting.
It either dulls your spirit or uplifts your spirit. It either fuels you or it doesn’t. It’s so essential, especially when we’re going through these periods of transition. I can’t speak enough about that, and I know we will be talking a lot about it.
Food either dulls or uplifts your spirit, fuels you or doesn't, making it essential, especially during transitions. Share on X
Let me help everyone get to know beautiful you from the beginning. What was it like for you? I know you’re a fourth-generation intuitive as a child. You also learned as a kid to provide oracle and tarot readings. I know your childhood was not a typical childhood, but look at what it produced. Tell us about that.
I was known as the little hippie kid on the block. Everyone else was more conservative families going to church on Sundays and had 4 kids or 3 kids in the married family. That was not me. I grew up with a single mom who was a hippie. She did things her way. She passed away in January 2025, but I feel her presence very alive when I’m doing these interviews.
My mom was a real health nut. Her mother before that was intuitive, and her mother before that, my great-grandmother, was a town psychic back in the old country, Russia. We came from a lineage where I grew up with very much spirituality. The unseen, mystics, and esoterics were very much part of our path. Different Buddhas, different mystical oms, and all that stuff I thought was normal growing up as a kid.
I have had tarot cards and oracle cards since I can remember in my hand. I thought they were great. I thought they were a little bit scary, the tarot cards, but then I learned to embrace them. As I embraced them, some of my other friends who were more conservative were probably playing Crazy Eights and Go Fish, and what regular kids do with cards. I said, “Look what I got.” Some of them thought that was very strange, but you’re right. It has turned out to be my life plan.
Were you bullied at all as a kid, or did they accept you like, “That’s Sevante over there.”
I don’t think acceptance was it, and I don’t think I was bullied. I had a few friends who understood me. My neighbors just got to know me. What they said differently, I’ll have to ask them, but I’m still friends with them. I had this mom who I’d have friends come over, and she was big into health food. She would look at ingredients and say, “If there’s more than three, we’ll leave it be.”
I’d have friends over to have an afternoon snack, and she’d say, “If there’s more than three on the label, it’s not going on our table.” We had a little restaurant booth inside the kitchen. I would remember sliding down. I’m like, “I’m sorry.” My friends were like, “We’re going to go home and make some mac and cheese. You could come over when you can because I don’t understand what she’s saying here.” I, to this day, follow that. I raised my 2 daughters, and 1 is a chef. It seemed to have rubbed off in good ways because it’s true.
If there are more than three ingredients on the label, it's not going on our table. Share on X
Food as a Foe: Overcoming Food Paranoia & Body Image
What a beautiful thing. With all of that, you still had body image issues that affected your self-esteem and mental health. What was that about?
It’s interesting. Assuming your audience is open-minded in many different ways, especially in the esoteric, but early on, my mom had gone to get her a card reading. One had said to her about me, “It looks like she died of food poisoning in a prior life. It would be very interesting if she ended up having a career in food.”
It was interesting because I remember growing up as an adolescent and in my teens, my weight was up and down. I remember always being ultra paranoid of food in terms of preservation, like if it was going to have mold on it, if it had met its expiration date, if it was sitting out too long. There was a little bit of germaphobia and hypochondria around food, maybe because of this past life, which was a situation.
Later on in years, not too long ago, someone said, “It wasn’t just one life. It was many lives.” I struggled with my weight, which went up and down, and understanding what foods I could eat. Hence, I did end up going to college and getting a degree in food science. I needed to know the why of how things operate. I needed to know more about nutrition, how to preserve the body, and how to move into a greater state of acceptance for myself. All those things played a hand in it, esoterically, literally, physically, metaphorically, spiritually, everything.
You could say that what happened to you was almost planned because it fed into what you’re doing with other people further down the line. It all linked together, wouldn’t you say? One builds on the other.
100%. I never was going to do readings per se as a career. It wasn’t until my main tarot mentor, who does missing persons for the FBI. She’s incredible. She said to me one day years ago, “You should go online and do some readings to see what it’s like.” I remember going on one of these sites where you’d have to pay a few bucks.
People can ask me a question, and I would be able to tune in and be like, “User 829 feels like a kindergarten teacher or an elementary school teacher from the UK.” I would get these images. Sure enough, they’d write back five stars because I answered their question. It turns out they were. I’m like, “Maybe I might do this.” I was already busy doing so many other things. It was many years ago that I said I would do readings at a practice. I didn’t know decades later I’d be channeling food. We’ll get to that and what came to be.
Grief & Growth: Healing from Loss & Rediscovering Self
That’s so exciting that you do that. Before we get to the good part of how you’re channeling food, because this show is so much about grief and rebirth, I know you’ve had your own experiences with grief.
A lot.
You lost your former partner to suicide. You have a few other things that you’re grieving. What would you like to tell us about that, and how did you heal from that? I know that you talked about the importance of having an emotional and spiritual support system when grieving and all.

It has been about eleven years. My past partner, two days before Thanksgiving, decided to check out. It was a big shock. I took it very much as a betrayal. I was completely blindsided. He had it planned for some time, as we came to find out. You think the closest person to you, you would know everything going on. When someone has a plan to go, they hide things very well.
Suicide is one of those baffling moments in time that are very extenuating. They continue. It’s the new normal. I’m sure people talk about it all the time. Eleven years later, I am happily remarried. My husband of ten years knew him very well. He was my best friend at the time and one of my daughter’s teachers. Having a community made a huge difference. I still process that because for some time, I thought, “If I ever met somebody new, I’d have to explain this huge dip in my world,” but it did irrevocably change everything. It brought me perspective.
I wasn’t solely focused on food. In fact, I don’t think I ate for months. Now, I look at food and treat it differently because the last a couple of months ago, I lost my mom. That’s been big. I also lost two girlfriends who were supposed to go on my retreat with me, and they were all health nuts. It was very shocking to see two healthy individuals pass away for different reasons, one of cancer and one of a heart condition. It has given me pause for thought. I look at how the tools have emerged in these chunks of time. There have been a few other losses, but if I look at the handful of the last few decades, how I look at it is I’m healing it differently.
When death shows up like that, it unlocks this library of wisdom. Although no one would venture to say, “I can’t wait to see what that wisdom’s all about,” a library opens up all these different things. You have new eyes, new appreciations, new perspectives, and new values. In my case, I had new eating habits because I started to understand I want to preserve my body temple. I would love to have longevity and what that looks like for me. I’m still here, and I want to make the most for myself, my clients, the planet, my children, and their future children.
Have you communicated with your deceased loved ones through mediums or other intuitive ways? Has that been helpful for you?
Yes, I’m an intuitive myself, and I have several colleagues who are intuitive. That’s very healing. I remember back when I first lost my past partner, I had a podcast. That was several years ago. I was offered a podcast. By then, it was a terrestrial radio show. We turned on the dial, and there you were. Not so much it was a podcast, but I did everything I could to bring on people who could heal me.
I brought on women who’ve lost partners. I brought on sleep experts. I brought on meditation experts. Whatever I was going through, I brought people onto my show. Now, they call them a show like yours, which is so well-received and is helping people greatly. I feel that intuitive mediums are fantastic. I did get support back then. I feel that gave me greater assurance.
At some point, when you’re in such deep grief and you’re completely shattered, you have fleeting moments, “Is there something else? How could this happen?” As time goes on, you start to understand, mature, and become seasoned to know that there is a plan and a divine intervention. We are all walking our paths perfectly.
In my case with Tommy’s suicide, people who knew him much longer than I had said it was a matter of when, not if. If anything, I was maybe keeping him alive. He had depression, bipolar disorder, and some mental health issues. I tried everything. The truth of it is, there are divine contracts that are set in place. We are open to walking through this path as little or as long as we have with someone and as little or as long as they have with us. We make it the best we can with love and kindness for ourselves and others while we’re here.
Nature’s Medicine: The Essential Connection of Food & Spirit
Bravo. That’s so true. I want to get to your passion for food and how you help people through food. I know that you feel it’s essential to connect nature, food, and spiritual elements to achieve holistic healing. You talk about high vibrational foods. Could you tell us all about that? First of all, why is it essential? Why is this a whole package? You yourself said you stopped eating for a while, and then you started to change your eating habits and all. Why is that important? What are these high vibrational foods? How does our intuition know what a high vibrational food is and what it does for us? What are some examples?
I could talk about food all day long. What I can share right away is that I want people to have the recognition of how essential food is for our bodies. We are these beautiful spirits and beautiful soul beings that are housed in this one body temple that we’ve been given while we’re here on earth. We need to honor the divine within. We need to be conscious, awake, and clear on what we’re putting in this vessel so it can treat us well. It’s doing its best. It’s only us, our ego, and our humanness that sometimes fall back to sleep and forget to put it in there.
When I talk about what that is, I talk about what Mother Nature has given us, the foods from the earth, natural foods, foods without pesticides, and foods without long chemical names that you can’t pronounce. There are the outer aisles that are all the bioavailable freshness of foods, and then there are these inner aisles where foods can last for 25 years because they’ve got preservatives. That’s well and done and great for the food, but our bodies don’t see it as such.
If we start to understand that we are nature, what does that mean? It means that we are earth, air, fire, water, and spirit, the five elements. We can feed ourselves according to those elements. There are other things. I call them chakra energy systems in other ways, but stay with nature for a minute. I mentioned those five elements.
Let’s take the Earth. Earth is Mother Earth and our bones. If we are nature, our bones are representative of the earth. Air is our breath. Fire is the energetic system that we need. There’s nothing in our body that doesn’t require fire. We need to fire up our metabolism. We need to burn calories. Every endocrine, reproductive, cardiovascular, and every system requires energy, and energy requires this fire. There is water, which is the water and the blood circulating through our system. We need to have that flowing. There is spirit. Spirit is our soul.
We are nature. It’s not going to the rivers, the oceans, or going hiking in the mountains. We need to feed our bodies naturally. I’ve learned to listen to food. A couple of years ago, I started to have food talk to me through the divine. With a colleague, we created a system that I’m very proud of because the system is in 35 countries and growing. It started to give people an understanding of when they go to the grocery store of what they should have.
If we’re feeling down, then we need to raise the vibration and bring ourselves out of grief. We’re lowered. Our immune system is lowered. Our vibration is lowered during grief. Let’s give it a number of 100. There are actual scales for this. We want to bring ourselves up to joy. You can’t go from 100 to 800. Maybe you can, but there are foods that have a frequency or an energy that is higher in that spectrum.
Some people would say chocolate ranks way up there because chocolate brings so much joy to people, but so does in our system. This system is called The Food Healing Oracle Deck. In this system, I look at mango as our joy card. Joy is that energetic frequency. We want to go from grief to joy. I also have onions. Onions is our acceptance. When we can move into acceptance, particularly during grief, and we get to that level, healing can begin.
Avocado is our healing card. They’re very highly vibrational. Avocados are so healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. They do wonderful things for the body. I’ve looked at foods, and I’ve given them names. These names evoke an energy. When you hear the word love, you immediately move into a greater state, hopefully, of self-love, love for what you had, and what you can have moving forward once you become more open to love again.
Someone is reading this and says, “I’d like to bring love back into my life.” What kind of food would she be looking for?”
Strawberries is our love card. You can put it together. It’s almost like when you were young and you put words together to make a compound sentence. You can make a fruit salad of love, peace, and joy. I wouldn’t do peace. Those are olives. Let’s stick with fruits for a second. Let’s do love for strawberries. Let’s do blueberries for clarity. We’re getting clear on bringing more love and joy. That would be mangoes, strawberries, and blueberries. You can make a fruit salad of love, joy, and clarity.
I did an event many years ago. The host provided a salad, and the salad was beautiful. It had all the colors of the rainbow. It was gorgeous-looking. I said to the people who were there, “Look at the salad, everyone. I want you to see this salad differently. I want you to see that this salad is filled with balance, acceptance, vitality, and empowerment.” I started to read the foods with those words.
You can say, “I’m eating empowerment.” You’re talking to your body. You’re filling yourself up with these words that have a strong impact. You can say, “I’m balanced. I’m empowered, I am accepting my new strengths,” which is spinach. You can bring a greater state of awareness to the foods as well when you go to the store, farmer’s market, or wherever you shop, and you say, “I’m craving artichokes.” Whatever it is, you can understand why. I’m using artichokes as an important symbol, particularly for your show, because artichoke is our forgiveness card.
For those who are reading this, I want you to think of an artichoke. Picture an artichoke. It’s this beautiful round flower. It almost looks like a lotus, if you will. Think about it. It’s our forgiveness card. A lot of times, when we are going through grief, we can sometimes blame ourselves, particularly in suicide. You can think of people who’ve been left behind, or people who survived, and others didn’t.
There are lots of things that can come during a grief period, and how it all worked or didn’t work, but forgiveness is a huge part. Let’s forgive ourselves for thinking this. Let’s forgive ourselves for moving on. “Can I forgive and have another relationship? I had been remarried. Is this guilt I should feel, or should I forgive myself? He would’ve wanted this.” Lots of things come up during these grief experiences.
When you think about an artichoke, it’s all these leaves with sharp thorns. Let’s pretend they’re walls. These walls are all protecting what? The artichoke heart. You can use an artichoke to peel back the layers, and I do in ceremony. I pull back each one of those leaves and say, “I forgive myself for judging myself. I forgive myself for feeling this way.” By the time you’re done peeling back all these walls and walking through this forgiveness experience, your heart is exposed. You’re able to shine again and let that heart open up. That’s a way of showing how food can help in the forgiveness and the healing process of grief.

The Food Healing Oracle Deck: Unlocking Subconscious Beliefs
That’s beautiful. I want to talk to you about two things. Through the food and all that you do, I want to talk to you more about your Food Healing Oracle Deck, which is so cool. You bring in archangels, ascended masters, and elements of nature, but you also use these healing tools to help clients unlock subconscious beliefs, which you gave us an example with the artichoke, release stagnation, handle grief, and achieve greater harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Would you like to give us a potpourri of a little bit about both of those?
I’m a multimodality healer. I’m very intuitive. I can channel. I can tune in. I can tune into loved ones, and I do all that. I also work with Theta healing. That’s going into the theta brain wave state and looking at subconscious beliefs and limiting programs. I work with EFT tapping. I work with the Food Healing Oracle Deck and sometimes other incorporated decks.
When I’m doing a reading, I look at the full spectrum of what’s going on. I can immediately see what’s happening emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. There isn’t one format for when someone comes to do healing work with me. I look at all the different tools in my toolbox. I pull cards. I help remove. I can detect. I’m good with dates.
I look at it like, “They’re still holding onto what happened at eight, five, three, from another lifetime, or somebody else’s stuff.” Someone could pass away, and they’re still courting the people who are here. I realized that someone’s living their life and these belief systems aren’t even theirs. Their belief systems are contracted and courted with those who are either living or not living. I can detect those things. It’s a whole mix.
There are times in these readings where I’ll look at the food and get an intuitive sense that they may want to have more of that food. I’ve seen many situations where people have come to me for conditions where they either didn’t like it or they’re allergic to it. It turns out that the allergy wasn’t physical. It was something emotional or mental. When they cleared that, they were able to eat that food again and love it. I’ve seen so many different situations.
When you think about food, food is everything. We break bread together. We have funerals with food. We have birthdays and weddings with food. We have celebrations with food. Food is an integral part. It’s part of sacred ceremonies and cultures around the world that have passed over. We have Easter. Lots of foods are very symbolic.
Food is everything; food is how we connect and share, how we break bread together. Share on X
Food is very much a part of the healing process of our body. We know that people go for comfort foods. I live in Florida. During those hurricane seasons, it’s interesting. We call it hurricane prep. We know a hurricane may be coming. Everyone races to the store to get food. It’s interesting. I watch the shoppers, and they’re putting in the chips and cookies. They’re putting in probably everything because they want that comfort sugar. They want all these things that are going to make them.
I, on the other hand, already intuitively, but let’s say I was beginning with my deck, would pull cards and say, “What does my body need right now to keep me grounded? What does my body need right now to keep the fear away or reduce the fear?” I go into what my body can use that will help me get through this process with clarity, which is the blueberry.
I do that not just with hurricane prep. I do it with everything. I’m getting ready for a big presentation. I’m getting ready to leave the country. What do I need to know? I use these cards as a guide. I eat my way vibrationally to match what it is that I want to have, what I want to achieve, what I want to release, and what I want to transmute, transform, awaken to, expand, and enlighten. Food is able to do all that. Food is medicine on every level.
High Vibrational Wellness Book: 25 Authors, 25 Healing Tools
That’s fabulous. Speaking of that, you have this collaborative book, High Vibrational Wellness: Intuitive Healing Therapies to Nourish Your Body Temple, which offers various ways by 25 different authors to achieve wellness through intuitive practices. Tell us all about this book. What would you like us to know?
I’m very proud of this book. It hit number one in several countries. Maybe it’s seven or more. It’s because of this very same thing that everyone sees food, and they say, “I resonate.” The cover of the book has lots of different beautiful esoteric colors or chakras, but it’s mostly food. I felt that it was very important for people to realize that wellness comes from eating more than just the food that’s in our bodies.
Originally, the book was called High Vibrational Eating, and I thought, “They’re going to think it’s a cookbook,” and realized, “That’s not it.” I changed it to High Vibrational Wellness. I looked at people, co-authors who can contribute to not only feeding our body, like culinary therapists, food coaches, and myself, a food scientist and healer, but also how we feed our thoughts, our mindset, and ways to keep mindfulness in check, and then also how we feed our soul. Are we doing meditation? Are we doing yoga? Are we doing breathwork?
I gathered a whole range of different authors who can contribute from Reiki to astrology to numerology to breathwork to healing generational wounds. You name it. Sometimes, we take on our ancestry, and it shows up in our eating patterns. I looked at so many different healers. Nurses are in there. I thought, “This is comprehensive.”
This is something everyone can flip open the book and read these 25 tiny chapters, and each 1 will provide a healing tool. You get 25 healing tools. They each provide their story. Not every story was pretty. There’s some grief in there, losses, and abuses, for sure. There’s a little bit of all of us in all of the stories. That’s what I find so compelling about this book.
I didn’t say, “Authors, I want everyone to give me your worst trauma in your life.” I didn’t say anything like that, but they each brought a point in their life where they had to make a change, a big shift, or a big pivot. Loss does that. They told their stories brutally with complete bravery and honesty about how they got through it and how they got to the other side.
They each provided their story where you got to know them. Have people get to know you first, and then they want to hear from you. They each provided 25 tools, and that’s what the book’s about. You can get it on Amazon or my website. It’s a great book. It’s been out for a minute, and it’s continuously still tapping into people’s hearts, minds, and souls.
It’s meeting a need that people have. They’re not that aware of this avenue for healing, which is what you’re presenting to our audience. You are another avenue for. Many of them, I’m sure, never thought about how they could heal themselves through what they eat and what they choose when they go into that grocery store. I see it all the time, also. People go right for the snack foods. It’s good to know.
People said to me, “Do I need to come to you just for food?” No, I can speak to any situation. In fact, you can use these cards for any situation. It’s not, “What food should I eat?” That’s not what this is used for. When you create an oracle deck or a tarot deck, you create them in your mind. In my case, food is a character, like there may be a spirit animal oracle card deck, a mermaid, or a dolphin. There are so many topics. There’s Alice in Wonderland. I’ve seen so many.
The way these are so special is not only you can ask, “Should I take the job? Should I move to the islands of Trinidad? Should I buy that stock? Whatever it is, it is also attuned to the next higher wisdom of, “What does my body need right now?” It could be if you’re into healing your chakras, “What does my heart chakra need right now? What should I be eating right now? What would be a great meal right now that would help us?”
Here’s a grief story. I had a group of friends and colleagues. We all got together. Maybe I didn’t know a few of them. There were six of us. As we got to talking, it turned out that every single person had lost a pet within two months. We couldn’t believe it. We were like, “You lost a pet. I lost a pet.” We all realized we all lost a pet. I said, “Let’s bring us together.”
I pulled some cards to see what the cards wanted to tell this group of people grieving from the loss of their fur babies. I pulled rosemary for remembrance. It couldn’t have been a more iconic card for this group. I pulled butternut squash for support. I pulled sweet potatoes for comfort. I got ginger for feelings, support, and remembrance. We made a soup. To me, that was healing our hearts, our bodies, minds, and souls. That’s what this can do.
Nourish Your Soul Retreats: Transforming Through Travel & Healing
That’s fabulous. I love that. Let’s let you tell everyone all the ways that you can help them. You’ve got the Center for Intuitive Food Therapy and Nourish Your Soul Ayurveda. You’re a busy girl. You have the Nourish Your Soul retreats and your private readings and healing sessions. Let it rip. Tell us all the ways that you can help them.
I’m so busy, I can’t have ten different social media. I’d have to have a huge staff for that. Also, when you go through the other side or come out the other side of grief, you realize you have better things in perspective and how you want to live the rest of your life. I don’t want to be working 24/7. Can you go more than 24 hours? I’ve tested it. You can’t.
I have a private platform. It’s free to join. It’s called the High Vibe Wellness Tribe. It feels like it’s social media, but it’s not. It’s my own community. Community is the cherries card. It’s a whole bowl of cherries, and we’re in there. My podcasts will be in there. All my meditations are in there. All of my classes are in there that are the Center for Intuitive Food Therapy. I do have a website as well for that.
I’ve housed it. It’s a big wellness mansion, and each room has something good for you. We have challenges in there. We got done doing a vitality challenge. I have interviews of myself. I have interviews I give of other people. It’s a wonderful place to heal. It’s a house of healing, for sure. There are lots of ways to be part of it. We do whole cars. We have readers’ clubs.
The Nourish Your Soul retreats, I have a little space in there as well. That’s a big thing. People go with me all over the world. I took 28 people to Costa Rica. There are definitely people dealing with grief, including myself. We were in Costa Rica in February 2025. I lost my mom in January 2025. Interestingly, I had written a chapter, like the collaborative that I was speaking of with you with High Vibrational Wellness. I wrote a chapter in a different book, Energy Healers Oracle. You can get that on my website.
In that chapter, I talked about the power of activating your healing from grief. I call it the labyrinth activation. You can walk a labyrinth or use your finger. There are finger labyrinths you can do on a piece of paper. You are using the labyrinth as an activating way. I have it healing grief and transforming grief from anguish to acceptance. I wrote a chapter about that.
You can do that. I did that. We had a shaman do a labyrinth in Costa Rica, and we all walked that. I read them the chapter, and then the next morning, we did that. That chapter was based on the year prior in Costa Rica when I’d lost two of my best girlfriends to their respective health issues. They were supposed to go on that trip.
I’ve done Costa Rica three years in a row. For 2025, we have Nepal and India. We have a trip to Alaska on a cruise. In 2026, we’re gathering in a 17th-century farmhouse in Sicily. Every one of the retreats is meant to nourish your soul. They are Nourish Your Soul retreats. We have cooking classes. We eat farm-to-table. We look at the mindset. We look at healing. I give people readings if they want them. You come out of the other side healed and transformed.
Have we ever done a specific grief-only retreat? No. Has there been a huge request? Yes. There will be themed Nourish Your Soul retreats in time if we gather enough people who are specifically dealing with that particular experience they want to heal from. We have a multitude of people. Twenty, twenty-five to maybe thirty people go on these extremely healing and transformative experiences. I love my Nourish Your Soul retreats.
I would imagine that a lot of the people who come to them bond. They make new friendships because they all rise to a different level together. They have a commonality with each other that maybe other people from where they came from don’t understand, so they bond.
That’s so true. In 2024, I took a group to Greece and Turkey. Those people are all besties. Some go on every single retreat. They’ve been to Greece. They’ve been to Costa Rica twice with me. They’ve been to Turkey. They’re going to Sicily. They’re going to India. They stay in this cocoon, and everything’s taken care of for them. They are loved up from head to toe, men and women. Sometimes, it’s all women. Sometimes, it’s couples. There are a lot of mother-daughter.
You’re feeding them. You’re feeding all their needs.
There’s a lot of food for thought. You walk away knowing how to trust your gut on everything.
Healing, Positivity, & the Journey Within
That’s fabulous. You’ve got to have a gift for our audience. What is your gift?
I have a couple. This is for anybody who wants any of these books I talked about, any of the Food Healing Oracle Deck. There are two in the series. I’ve got lots of great resources. I also have a whole line of very healing, beautiful Ayurvedic organic teas that I import from Nepal. All of this is on my website. I ring 10% off using that. I want to give you an activation, a meditation. It’s not long, but it’s very healing. It’s Positivity. Peaches is our food for positivity. It’s a free meditation to help you move into a greater state of positivity about wherever you are in your life.
That’s beautiful. Not through your retreats, your food healing deck, or whatever they do, why is it important for people to heal their stuff, not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually? It’s a challenge. It takes a lot of courage to face your stuff and heal. What does Sevante have to say about the importance of that?
My word of wisdom is that our body is here for you. Our body is listening, and yet our body is also recording. We want to erase the tape recorder of the memories that get stashed in your tissues or in your body. We want to remove them so we can lighten up and create new, beautiful, positive memories to replace the negative, the sad, and the ones that are bringing your vibration down, and fill them up with higher vibrational experiences. Healing will do that, and so will food and all the other things.
Our bodies store memories in tissues. Erase negative memories to lighten up and replace them with positive, higher vibrational experiences. Share on X
Certainly, seeking somebody who can support you and provide services for you, whoever you resonate with. Talking to someone is very helpful. Also, getting a sense of yourself back. Sometimes, we forget that we are sovereign beings, and we are so used to having this person on our side. Whether you’ve lost a child, a partner, a parent, or a significant person in your life, you’ve gotten used to having them there. Now, you’re learning how to do you. That starts with nourishing your body temple. That’s what I want to help people do.
That’s beautiful. Not only that, but when you nourish your body temple and you do your healing work, it allows you to move past the blockages and find joy. What is the Sevante tip for finding joy in life?
Eat more mango. Mango is our joy card. Unless you’re allergic. There are some people who cannot touch the skin. The oil has given people issues. I do like the saying, “Trust your gut.” Learn to start to activate your intuition. Meditate more. Praying is wonderful. You’re asking. You’re reaching out. You’re putting your request up to the divine, whomever and however you call your creator.
Meditation is taking the time to receive. That is a very defined, feminine way of receiving, coming into the softness and being okay with being vulnerable, being okay with allowing, and being okay with things not being okay sometimes. That is, sometimes, what we’re dealing with on this show, for sure. The people who are tuning in have been there.
I moved my mother here from another state. I was going to caretake her. I bought a condo. I thought it was going to be wonderful. I thought I’d have years with her. She died in six weeks. It was another shock. It was like, “This was not what I envisioned.” Sometimes, it’s not what we envisioned. I feel she’s here with me, and she feels like she’s right there long. I have a new book coming out in May 2025 called Angelic Resonance. I’ve channeled with a co-creator. She’s a mystic from London, Angela Orora-Medway Smith. She talks about the angelic divine rays of light. The angels have ways to eat as well. If we love the angels, you’re going to love Angelic Resonance.
Let us know about that book. We’ll let our audience know because, based on this interview, they may be very interested.
I will.
I want to share this quote from your collaborative book, High Vibrational Wellness: Intuitive Healing Therapies to Nourish Your Body Temple, with our audience. “Emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellness is the totality of all 4 bodies working together in 1 accord. It’s the sound of a perfect symphony where the instruments are working together to create a perfect rhythm. It’s the centered alignment of all forces working in unison for the highest good of all concerned. It’s knowing that you’re nourishing your body temple with the highest of respect, honor, and reverence,”
Your multifaceted work invites us to awaken to the greater knowledge of wellness and empowers us to nourish not only our bodies but also our souls. Thank you for this delicious interview that has offered many important insights into the connection between food, spirit, and wellness. As I like to say, to be continued. Thank you for my heart. Many blessings.
Thank you very much.
