We will also delve into her unique connection with her children and her deeply personal experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, which fueled her heartfelt mission to uplift and support birthing individuals and mothers.
Additionally, I’m excited to discuss these transformative times of transition and the evolution of consciousness, of monumental shift that represents one of humanity’s most significant revolutions. This promises to be an enlightening and healing interview brimming with transformative insights and wisdom. Christine, a heartfelt welcome to the show.
Irene, it’s such an honor to be with you.
Thank you. I’m honored that you just said that to me. Thank you so much. I appreciate it so much. Let’s have everybody get to know you, like what shaped you. There’s so much to you, starting with who has vivid pre-birth memories. Tell us about your vivid pre-birth memories when you were a kid, and how did your family reacted when you said, “Mommy, I remember what happened before I came into your tummy,” or whatever?
Vivid Pre-Birth Memories & the Amnesia Veil: Exploring the Realm Before Life
My pre-birth memories really start, I don’t know, maybe a few hours, a few minutes. There’s no time on the other side, so I wouldn’t know exactly when they start, but they start with me standing next to some mentor, some person who was mentoring me on the other side, who was very influential in creating my plan for life this time around. We’re standing in this shape shifting place that shape shifts between energy and between physical form. Over there, things aren’t as physical. Words have always frustrated me because the concepts on the other side are so much grander and so much more beautiful than being able to put them into words.
It was just a beautiful place, and I felt loved and held and my mentor felt beautiful, and it was right before I was meant to jump into my next life experience, which is this life that I’m in right now. I feel a bit of sadness or grief in my soul. I perceived myself as this bulb of light. I’m having a conversation with him and I saying, “Do I really have to go? It’s so beautiful over here and I just don’t want to have to go anymore.” It felt like I had billions of lifetimes already, at least on planet Earth and maybe in other dimensions. I just knew what I was getting myself into.
Not an easy journey here on planet Earth.
Not an easy journey, and but I also want to put that in there because if people have misunderstood it when I’ve shared it in the past. It wasn’t like I was being pressured. I did this with full consciousness of knowing that this was good for me and that I had a plan, and there was a divine bigger thing that I was you’re part of, and that the goal was to merge back with Godhead or with source, whatever your name is. I did it willingly. It’s like going to the gym.
I think we all like come in we set up what we’re supposed to learn. You had things to learn. I suspect now, having done research about you for the interview, you also had things to teach. It feels to me like there were things to learn in this lifetime, but you also had things to do to help people. As a lightworker, also.
That was absolutely correct, because my sense was that yes, I was coming back to fulfill some of my so-called karma which is just something that you have to learn, like an aspect of the divine that you have to learn about. There’s also this idea of that there was some teaching mission or something I had to do to help humanity in some way, and it felt like a pretty heavy load, but at the same time, like something I was excited to do and help with.
How old were you when you had this memory?
I wasn’t even born yet.
How did it plop into your consciousness?
It was always there.
That’s amazing. Most people get amnesia, but you kept it.
I don’t know why this happened. I often think about why the amnesia was taken away from me. The veil, it was almost like a malfunction in the matrix or something or maybe it was on purpose.
If you were a lightworker, maybe it was on purpose because of what you’re doing now.
That’s what I’m coming to realize. Part of my teaching mission is to help people, and we’ll talk about that, to help people evolve in consciousness. Part of that is to understand that there’s more to life. There are two bookends that we’re missing here. That is birth and that’s death. That’s the idea that it’s just a continuum. Both birth and death, in some ways, are illusions. They’re doorways, but not more and not less. We had this conversation. He’s like, “We talked about this for a long time and you know you have to do this.” I said, “Can it at least be one of my last lifetimes?” He was like, “Maybe not your last, but depending on how much you’re getting done.”
I remember just thinking to myself, like saving this in my soul and thinking, “I’m going to do everything on this planet I have to do so that I can merge back and not have to go again. I’m done. This is it.” I can tell you that that’s really what my life has felt like. I’m turning 38 in a month, and it feels like I’ve been here already 100 years with what I’ve done.
What you’ve been through, too.
Yeah, what I’ve been through, too. In any case, we had this conversation, and at some point, I was trying to stall him a little bit, and I think he knew. I was at the rim of a vortex. I can’t describe it any other way. It was like a vortex. There were other souls there, too, that I perceived, and they were with their mentors. I was thinking, “There’s others, too, doing the same thing.” I just sent them love and peace and that was that. I was there and I didn’t want to say goodbye. It was bittersweet. It was, in some ways, the other end. When souls depart here and they die, it’s also bittersweet. It was the same thing. It was almost the death to that life or that realm, and a birth to this realm.
At that point, I think he knew that if I wasn’t going to go, I would miss my chance. He pushed me, and I got sucked into that funnel. There was a switching point. I think that was the switching point coming into physical reality, because suddenly, it was bright and it was light, and it was harsh, and it was cold. I got it so clammed into my body, and I took a breath, and I was thinking, “This all sucks,” and then I just fell asleep. My mom will tell you that I slept most of my childhood. I had different memories throughout my early babyhood. I still have memories up until I would say a few days.
It became hazy because I think my soul just merged with my body and my mind and my brain, so I became that regular mush. Throughout my first year of life, I still had memories of deaths that I had, past-life deaths that trickled up. I had moments where I felt like I was being downloaded with wisdom and moments where I was assimilating to my new life. My parents would tell me, “This is your new name,” or “This is your name.” I’d be thinking, “Okay, that’s what I’m called in this life. Interesting.” Just remembering a past life where I was a girl, too. I died really early and thinking, “I like that name much better, but okay, I guess this is what it is in this life.” I then just became a regular child.
How old were you when you told your parents about this? Did they always accept that? Did they tell you that you must have been dreaming or something or did they accept that, “Our kid is very special and unique?”
No, I don’t ever really remember telling my father. I do remember telling my mother because she was just around more. I think I must have been like 3 or 4, because the memory stuck around. I wanted to know what it was. I would say to her, “Mommy, I remember my birth.” My mom would say, “Darling, that can’t be. You can’t possibly remember your birth. That was probably a dream.”
That deeply made me unsure. When you’re a child, you think your mom and your dad are gods. That was really disorienting for me. I’ve always vividly dreamt, but I was thinking, “No, I know what dreams feel like. This was not a dream. This is a memory.” I just let it go because my parents were so adamant that God doesn’t exist. Religion is bogus, and this was a dream. I was domesticated.
Tragedy & Awakening: A Childhood Friend’s Passing
I can get that. Now you have a personal crisis because you had this untimely death of your childhood friend. You were in your twenties. Could you describe how she died and what the crisis was that happened to you? Now you’ve put everything aside. You’ve pushed the memories aside. You’re living a normal life, and then this thing happens.
I have to preface that with I’ve always been preoccupied with death, but not in a morbid way. I was aware that I would die when I was a 5 or 6-year-old girl based on these memories as well. Obviously, as a 5 or 6-year-old, it terrified me because I was taking on the mindset of my parents, which is a relatively regular secular mindset of you’re born out of nothing, and you go back to nothing and there is nothing. That gave me little panic attacks even throughout childhood and as I was growing into teenagehood.
Now, my childhood friend was the little brother of my best friend from preschool. I remember him even still in the womb. His mom was pregnant with him when I was about three. They became very good friends with my parents’. For some reason, I always, even as a child, had an intuition he wouldn’t grow very old. I cannot tell you where that came.
Probably because you came with these gifts.
Yeah. When he turned, I think it was 18 or 19, he was diagnosed with cancer, lymphoma. He fought really hard. The cancer took over. I believe at twenty, he passed away and he wanted to be a doctor and all that. It was very tragic for his family. It really got me because I was, at that time, a 22, 23-year-old and still preoccupied with death, and still assuming there was nothing there and not very spiritual. I actually was very much the opposite of what I am now. At that time, I had some experiences. He passed away that night, and I was writing my master’s dissertation in art history, and I was working on a very chunky monitor, like those old ‘90s monitors. They’re not easily turned around.
I have a little sister, she’s thirteen years younger than me, so I thought that maybe she had wanted to play a prank on me. I turned it off the night before, went to sleep, and the next morning, this monitor was turned around 360 degrees, facing the wall. That was the night we had heard that he had passed away. I had a feeling that he had visited or something. I went to my sister and I said, “Did you turn us around? Did you prank me?” She goes, “No.” She was like a six-year-old or something at that time. I asked my mom and I said, “Mom, did you do this or did your cleaning help do it? What was going on?”
My mom’s like, “Nobody touched it.” I was like, “That must have been his spirit coming by to show me that he was still there.” He was very instrumental in me then starting to research, because I was thinking I have this memory, and my mom, even though my parents claim it can’t be true, even though I have this mindset, this paradigm that I’m living off of, it’s not very helpful because I’m finding myself depressed, anxious, afraid of death.
That is the opposite of how you started out.
Yeah. It’s exactly the opposite. At that point, I was thinking, “If my pre-birth memories aren’t real, then I won’t be able to find any other memories of this kind that are similar, and I won’t be able to find any near-death experiences that are similar. Let me start there.” I started just researching everything I could get my hands on and started getting very passionate, because I read the reincarnation stories of the children. I’m blanking on the researcher, but a very prominent researcher who collected reincarnation cases.
Everything I found, both of near-death and reincarnation cases and all of that, just hinted that. I was getting more and more excited. I remember like reading late at night and thinking, “That’s how it was with me.” It was just truth in my heart. It started lifting my depression and my anxiety, and it got me on my path to healing.
What were these near-death experiences that mirrored your own pre-birth experience? You had near-death experiences also or other people’s experiences?
Yeah.
You’re reading all about that. That’s like when I interview you, it validates what happened to me, right?
Yeah. We’re all walking each other home.
Spirit Babies: Communicating with Souls Before Birth
The other thing that’s amazing, as I was learning about you, is that you experienced your children coming to you as spirit babies. That’s amazing. Again, you had this experience before you manifested into your mother’s body and all, and now before your children actually manifested, they came to you. Describe that to us. What’d you see and feel, and how did they know they were yours? What’d they each tell you that they wanted to be?
Sure. Yeah. It’s really amazing how my life, in some ways, is an example of higher consciousness. That’s how I see it. As I was thinking about it, I’m like, “I think that’s what I’m here for.” There’s no ego in this. I’m just an example validating other people’s experiences and taking out any doubt that we might have that life goes on and there’s life beforehand. With my kids, I wanted to become a mom. I had this insatiable I knew I was going to be a healer, that was my path. I really wanted to be a healer and a mom. I had a sense that in past lives, I had chosen to be a healer over having children.
When my husband and I were ready to conceive, we were trying and trying and trying, it wasn’t really happening. At some point, my unfounded fear came in, which I believe came from past lives that I couldn’t conceive. I contacted a spirit baby reader, and she said to me, “There’s a spirit baby around you, and they’re going to come, you know what it is.” I said, “I think it’s a girl.” She’s like, “You already know it all.” I said, “Yeah, but my husband wants a boy.” She goes, “There are two more boys coming.” I was pondering this. A little bit later, like maybe a month or two later, it was still not happening.
I was thinking, “Maybe this lady misread me. Maybe these babies were different babies.” That night, I was really, really sad because I got my period and I wasn’t pregnant, and I was meditating. I’m very close to the angelic realm. I said, “Angels, if there’s a baby coming, then please, let me know. Give me a sign.” In that moment, I heard an angelic name, which unfortunately I’ve forgotten at this point. I hear an angelic name that I’ve never heard before. When I looked it up after I was like, “This name, I need to look it up. I need to know what this name is.” It turns out it’s the angel that protects mothers who are about to have babies.
There’s actually a little whistle, a little bell that pregnant moms are supposed to wear because it’s dedicated to this angel to help protect the baby and the mom. I was like, “I think she’s close.” Lo and behold, I think two weeks later or so, I meditated and I had a weird feeling that I wasn’t alone. In my meditation, I got a vision of this blurb, this little orb that was all white, and inside it had a little speckle of pink, and it was floating through my different bodies. Our auras are made up of these different bodies of subtlety. It was floating through the most spiritual and closing into my physical body.
It was starting to float into my womb, and it started to settle in there. I was like, “This is my daughter, isn’t it?” I got a certain like, “Yes, this is your daughter. She’s settling in.” Two weeks later, I got confirmation that I was very early pregnant. I was meditating on her. She gave me a lot. Actually, I had several dreams with her. One, which I will never forget.
I was sitting in a bus and this old lady was driving it, and there were all these babies in the backseats. One of them was mine. She laughed at me. She had strawberry blonde hair. She laughed at me, and she was like, “Mommy.” I knew that was mine. I was communicating with her telepathically, and I said, “Who are all the other babies?” She goes, “This lady is delivering all the babies to all the other moms, but I’m yours.”
She showed herself to me in dreams as this little person with strawberry blonde hair, very spirited, very determined and loud and a little mischievous. She was telling me she loved flowers and birds and nature, and she was like a little fairy, a bit mischievous at times. I can tell you that now since she’s four, that’s exactly who she is. She’s this little flower person who’s just all spirit.
Didn’t she also tell you what she was going to be when she grew up? Did she tell you that?
That was actually my son. My son was very determined on why he wanted to come in.
A few years later, you have the same experience with your son?

Correct. Actually, half a year after I gave birth to my daughter, which was very hard and rocky postpartum experience, also during my meditation, I had a little boy float in and it was also an orb, but this time, I saw a blue little light in there. He came in and he said to me, “Mommy, I really want to come through now.” I said, “Come on, please, give me just a little bit more time, because my body’s depleted from this first birth, and I just need a little bit more time.” He said, “Okay.” About half a year later, it was fall. I remember he floated back in and he said, “Mommy, you have to conceive me now. Daddy’s outside. He’s doing the leaves. I want to do the leaves in a couple of years with him. You have to conceive me now.”
Not to give too much information, but we actually did conceive him that day. He was he gave me all the information. He’s like, “That’s how we’re going to do it, and you’re going to love, and you’re going to put out love.” Two weeks later, I got confirmation that it was him. As he was growing in my womb, he gave me information that he wanted to ride motorcycles, that he loves cars, that he wanted to play the drums and be an engineer and engineer certain things in the world.
He’s only two now. He loves cars, he loves motorcycles. I never mentioned any of this. It’s not like I put this in him. Balls are his thing, especially basketballs. He’s started using these magnet tiles to start crafting these amazing buildings. They blow your mind that they even come from a two-year-old. Both my children are developing into exactly the personalities and the people that they’re meant to be.
What’s also interesting in their sister and brother relationship, their sibling relationship, they said, “This is going to be a hate-love relationship.” That’s exactly what it is. They’ll pull each other’s hair and come crying to me and be like, “He did this,” or, “She did that.” The next thing you know, my little son will come around and be like, “Miss Nina,” which is my daughter. They have absolutely that love-hate relationship. Any sibling does, but it’s interesting.
Postpartum & Purpose: From Personal Struggle to Healing Mission
It’s so interesting how that happened. You’re doing your thing and you would think, because you were so happy welcoming one of your children, but you end ended up dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety. That led to your mission now that you’re supporting and uplifting birthing individuals and mothers.
Everyone out there, she supports and uplifts birthing individuals and mothers. How did that experience lead to what you’re doing now? I also know your clients have other issues that you work on. You help them with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual issues. First, tell us a little bit about what happened to you. For me, that’s a little surprising, unless it was like a hormonal or whatever you went through and how that led to your mission and started you to this path of helping people to heal.
I think it’s all part of the plan, to be honest with you. Absolutely. Now that I’m looking back, I think it’s all part of the plan. It had a lot to do with my own inner child and my own childhood experiences. I was raised very authoritarian. For being a very gentle and soft person, sensitive person, I took away a lot of scars and a lot of trauma from that. For me, it was more behavioral that suddenly, I had these beings that I loved so much, and I knew where they had come from. I also knew that they had chosen me. My daughter had actually told me, “Mommy, I looked at a lot of other moms, but you’re exactly the mom I need.”
I felt this incredible pressure, not only of keeping them alive and being isolated. I had my daughter during COVID. I wasn’t able to connect with other moms and exchange about becoming a mother. I think there’s a saying, there’s not just a child born, there’s also a mom born. I personally think that this in a woman’s life, this is the biggest transition we will have, apart from being born and then dying, because there’s a whole new person born. Suddenly, you have this brunt of responsibility lying on your hands. There’s this whole set of expectations that society has on mom,s like mom has to work and mom has to do this.
It’s a reason why a lot of comedians make whole routines and shows out of it because it resonates with people. At the same time, we really under support our moms. That’s what my experience was. I was isolated and didn’t have the exchange. I didn’t have the support. It does take a village. If moms have a village, grandma, grandpa, all of that, then that’s wonderful and needed. I think I came into it very naively thinking, “Here I am, I have essential oils and energy healing and all of this.” Suddenly, that wasn’t the case. On top of it, my daughter was very spirited, so she cried a lot. I was sitting at home with a crying baby, a child who was crying constantly.
You felt like you were inadequate too.
I was feeling completely inadequate. Long story short, a lot of different issues. Suddenly, I realized, “Moms are really under-supported.” Not only are they under-supported, I mean, there’s not enough therapists specializing on postpartum depression, especially in the US. The solution is, “Here, take a pill,” or, “Don’t be so ungrateful.” I had these people, too, who were like, “Why are you so depressed? You have these beautiful children.” I said, “I love my children more than anything, but this is a deeper thing. This is a soul thing.” In any case, that’s when I started really thinking about how I can support moms, not just mentally and emotionally, but holistically, spiritually?
Our biggest traumas come from childhood. Most people will say, “The way I was raised traumatized me.” It’s this whole rat’s tail that goes through our lives. This was intuitive insight. When I connected with my higher self, my spirit team, they said, “We’re moving into a time and an age where there are high consciousness beings coming in, helping humanity evolve and helping humanity turn towards the light. We cannot afford them to be traumatized. We need high conscious parents. We need conscious parenting. We need moms to be well. We need dads to be well as well. We need people help to help heal so that they don’t continue to pass on their own trauma.”
That’s the premise you just described the premise of this whole show and everything that I’m doing, because if you don’t heal, you either leave a legacy where you stop the legacy of suffering and pain and you heal it, or you leave a legacy where you’re just going to keep passing it on generation after generation. I would submit to you, tell me if you disagree, that you were set up to go through these things so that you could later on do what you’re doing. You wouldn’t have had these insights if you didn’t have the childhood that you had and didn’t heal from it.
Absolutely. I can tell you that, as I dug into birth psychology and perinatal psychology, it was a fascinating field. People are starting to now realize that some traumas start in the womb. Some even start perinatally because the soul is already around. They’re already seeing are mommy and daddy, okay? Do they love each other? Was I conceived in love? All of that registers in the soul. When people say, “I worked through my childhood,” maybe you didn’t go far enough. Maybe you even brought it in from a past life.
That sounds outlandish now but I think that down the line, when consciousness has really evolved and people are starting to realize that this is not just New Age stuff, that this is going to be changing psychotherapy fundamentally and it’s going to change how people conceive babies. It’s going to change how people even carry them. Birthing people carry them from the moment that they know that they’ve conceived. That alone in itself is a paradigm shift.
Akashic Records & Spiritual Quantum Healing: Unveiling Past Life Blocks
Christine, I would think that if someone goes to you, not only do you have the ability to support and uplift them and help them, but you have this extra ability where you can probably see back to the decisions they made or to some of their pre-life or past life issues and all that. That would be a tremendous advantage to someone who’s working with you because you see the whole picture.
That’s actually what I do. I combine coaching, so regular life coaching, to see what areas are we working on, and then I use a spiritual quantum healing modality called spiritual response therapy, which is actually a way of going into your Akashic records, going into your subconscious and seeing how many lives have I lived, what did I come here with. The idea is that we come here with pre-programmed records.
The Akashic records are like piles and piles, stacks of just files of past lives where you’ve had traumatic experiences and things like that. In this lifetime, when suddenly, I don’t know, you have a block to prosperity or you have a block to fertility, you can’t conceive, you can go back into those lifetimes and see, “That’s what happened.”
We delete them, we clear them out. We can’t clear out anything that the soul really wants to work on in this lifetime, but we can clear out anything that’s blocking, that’s just garbage lying around. My researcher actually comes in not just on a very grounded physical level, but on a spiritual level because I’ll research it with you. It’s amazing when people say, “That’s exactly how I felt.”
I had a client and she was like, “That’s exactly how I felt when I started feeling like I was in the wrong body and the emotions that came up.” She wrote me and she said, “We did the session and suddenly, I feel so at peace with myself. I was like, “That’s because we cleared it out.” We carry so much baggage with us and it’s not necessary. We don’t need to carry this around.
You pull out all the stops with all the modalities that you have, and then your natural gifts, where you intuitively can go back in time to pick up other information so that you really get the full gamut, not just the current consciousness. You get all the way back. Speaking of that, can you shed light on what collective consciousness is for those reading who are like, “What are they talking about?” How are those pivotal moments of transition intertwined with the evolution of consciousness, and educate us, Christine? I know we are going through a profound and monumental shift that marks a defining revolution.
Understanding Collective Consciousness: A Quiet Revolution
I’ll try my very best to see what they have to say.
Are you channeling this information?
Yes. Honestly, this is the facade and they’re working through me. From what I understand, and this goes for everything, the souls that come the planet Earth are all on a journey of evolving their consciousness from the moment that we’ve been created as a soul and then we incarnate through these different experiences. The idea is that the consciousness is like a frequency. The more experience we gather and the more we learn about what God is, Godhead, whatever you want to call it, which is just really, honestly, pure, unconditional love. That’s the whole point and purpose is. That’s what we’re here for. We want to learn what that means and the different facets of it.
In order to learn that, we have to come back multiple times to learn about these different aspects. The lower consciousness is our learning about hate, learning about why we don’t murder each other, learning about betrayal, bitterness, any kind of sexual perversion, things like that. As we’ve worked ourselves through that, and we have to see both sides. We always have to be the persecutor, but we also have to be the pursued. We come back with multiple complexions. We will all have had been people of color being persecuted, and then people of maybe white skin being privileged, because we want to have these experiences and we want to see them from all sides, from all facets.
In one lifetime, you might have been a Black person who was persecuted, and in another lifetime, you may be the White person who’s persecuting. I know that I’ve been a boy in different lifetimes, different religions in different lifetimes. Each time we manifest is to learn different lessons. We fight our souls to evolve.
Correct, because we want to evolve and we also want to, obviously, clear our records so that we can just ascend to the Godhead. Planet Earth, because humanity is coming in waves in these consciousnesses, and you can see that through the ages. The Middle Ages had a very different consciousness from where we’re now. That’s what I’m saying. With every generation, there’s a higher consciousness wave of hu of beings coming. The people that are now babies, if you’ve looked at them, if you have them around you, they’re much more loving than even my generation was.
My own son is so loving, and I was just fortunate enough to babysit three other little boys. I was thinking, they’re just mush. They’re just love. With those generations that are coming in of higher and higher consciousness, they’re also raising the planetary frequency. What we’re going through right now is the struggle of, there’s a lot of holding onto the old. In some ways, we’re going through birth.
You have a dichotomy where some people are holding onto the old, and others come here to raise the vibration. They’re a little bit in conflict with each other.
We’re in conflict. We’re totally going through the fear versus love conflict within ourselves, within the collective society. It’s meant to be that way, because only when we have that can we wake up and be like, “What’s right within me?” They say what as below, so above. As within, so without. Whatever we feel within ourselves, the struggles within ourselves, there’s the fear, love, and struggle within ourselves. Can we look at our ourselves and say we love each other? We love ourselves. That’s a nutshell of what we’re going through right now as a collective.
What’s really happening, and this is my dissertation, which in some ways I channeled, is that this is a quiet revolution, meaning it starts within the individual first. They want the individual to wake up and heal and as you wake up and you heal and you share your journeys, you wake up other people, and then they start healing and sharing their journeys. At some point, it tumbles into the collective where we then have raised into 5D and beyond. At some point, the veil on this planet, it won’t be a schooling planet anymore. The veil that we talked about earlier of, “Why did I come in and the veil was gone?” I’m not special, but I think it’s just an example.
I think you are a preview of coming attractions, to tell you the truth. When they talk about someone who’s a way shower, to me, that’s what you are. You’re a preview. What a wonderful thing to aspire to, for all of us, as we evolve.
Absolutely. I think that’s what’s happening. As a preview, think about knowing that wow souls coming in. How differently we will parent them if we know they’ve chosen us. They’ve come in with a specific agenda. It’s no longer pathologizing them and saying, “Why don’t you fit into society?” It’s saying, “You’re this beautiful individual person coming from God and bringing your contribution to this planet.”
The same thing on the other end. When people die, we will still grieve them and be sad. Just like when people go on a plane and leave to another country, we miss them. That’s not going to go away but we we’re going to know that we re-meet them. At some point, we’re going to get on that plane and then we’ll meet again if we want to. That’s heaven on earth.
Look at the difference of how you were brought up to. Your parents didn’t live in any of this, so they couldn’t comfort themselves. You, knowing what you know, it changes the whole concept of death because you’re really just leaving your body. You’re going on with the lessons that you learned.
Yeah, that’s exactly it. It’s all happening for us. I think that’s also my message. When people are like, “The doom,” I know it’s not easy. I think any mother who has given birth, however they’ve given birth, will say, “Birth isn’t easy,” especially when you’re in the pushing phase of labor. It’s messy, it’s chaotic. You think you’re up, you’re down. You don’t even know if you’re a human. We’re in that phase right now. It’s messy right now, but once the baby’s born, it’s going to be blissful. We can move on.

Navigating The Shift: Choosing Evolution or Departure
Let me ask you this one question, though. We’re birthing this new way, and we could see there are more and more people like you and me who are bringing this information to more and more people as it spreads. What about the people who say, “No, I don’t want to go there. I don’t want to grow. I like this whole place where I’m at with the hate and the this and the, that.” What happens with them as the rest of us are rising in our vibration?
I think that at this point, we have two choices. We either go along with it or we leave, meaning we complete this lifetime and we move on. This has been a prophecy even before it started happening. I’ve been working on my dissertation, and then suddenly COVID hit and it was happening. I saw people who weren’t ready, who didn’t want to do this, just developed cancer, developed some disease, and they left. They were like, “I’m complete. I’m done with this planet. I’m going to continue my lessons somewhere else.” You also have to say there’s like college, or there’s high school lessons. That’s first round souls, and then they graduate and they go onto second round souls, which are college-level souls.
A lot of the first round souls are like, “I’m done with this. I’m heading out.” Honestly, you’re either done with it and you’re heading out, you’re going to develop something within your body, or you’re going with it and you’re going to help move the planet forward and move the mission forward. You’re going to be here.
Realistically speaking, I know some people might content with that, but from a spiritual perspective, we have the ability to l to become 100 years or older if we wanted to. We have that choice. We can do that. It’s really our choice whether or not we want to be in this lifetime or we don’t. That’s it’s a hard choice because it takes away the whole victim mindset and it gives you all this power. What a beauty to have the power to decide, “I want to be here,” or, “I don’t want to be here.”
The other thing I’m thinking about, as you’re saying this, is one of the ways that you can decide that you’re going to be here and evolve is to do your healing work. For people who don’t want to do their healing work, and they’re just in their swamp of, “This is who I am, this is where I’m staying, I don’t want it to change or anything,” because there are going to be people reading this and say, “I didn’t plan to have cancer,” or, “My friend who’s this,” but subconsciously, spiritually, there are things going on that we can’t necessarily see, but you can choose to heal so that you get rid of some of that, right?
Absolutely. I can tell you that I’m thinking of someone who has had that often, especially now, cancer, and other illnesses are also coming in for many souls, coming in as a way of awakening. They’re really here to help you awaken and to help you understand who you truly are. That you’re not just this body. That you’re not just this personality. You’re so much more, and you have a big mission here.
I know it’s very hard for people. Of course, it’s hard for people to say, “I didn’t choose this,” but subconsciously, we choose everything. Actually, your inner child chooses from the moment it comes here. If you think of the sickly children, I’ve heard so many people who are highly sensitive in doing this work now healing work and all of that, who said, “I was a sickly child, I almost died.”
It’s the inner child, it’s the soul deciding, “It’s really harsh here. I don’t know if I want to be here.” With every negative experience, we program that inner child more and more to think, “Maybe I don’t want to be here. Maybe I’m going to program an illness. Maybe I’m going to do something so I can just complete this and be out of here.” That’s also something that I do with my healing modalities, where we clear the inner child to the present, it’s beautiful body so that we don’t have to have the illnesses or the accidents or whatever else. We can just wake up and start doing our work here.
I always say that we all have something to do here. It’s like this beautiful clockwork with these different wheels that spin that go into each other and we’re all a little wheel. Without one or the other, the clock won’t work. High self told me that they want everybody to wake up. I’m actually getting a lot of clients now that are healers themselves because the more of us, the more we speed it up, the more we help planet Earth.
The other part I’m thinking about as you’re talking, healer, heal thyself. If a healer comes to you, they clean up whatever their issues are so that they can even better help other people. Speaking of all of that, so I know that you guide people via coaching processes, intuitive insights, energy healing modalities, and you do it through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, mentorship, classes, and workshops. What would you like to tell us about all of that, and anything else you’d like to add?
As I was saying, my signature work is I’m working with people in this combination of coaching and the spiritual response therapy. As needed and guided, I will add on hands-on healing modalities. Some of my clients will go on to become my students, and I will teach them how to do hands-on healing and energy healing modalities such as Reiki. I’m a Reiki master teacher.
The main thing that I do at this point is I coach people. I see where your life is not going, the route that you want it to go. We do the research and we see both with my intuitive insights, with their loved ones on the other side, their spirit team, we see, “This is blocking you from a past life and this is why you came here.” We start putting together the puzzle pieces so that we understand, “This is your unique piece. Now you can go in the world and you can do this.”
When we have a map and we know where we’re going, it’s much easier to do the healing work than if we’re just swimming in the dark. We’re like, “What am I supposed to do?” You can take me as like a researcher guide that’s helping you to put together your map. You always do the work. You’re always the one that’s empowered to make the decisions. I just hold your hand until you’re ready to fly.
It’s nice to be informed and have that guide. I can attest to that. Do you have a special promo for our audience?
Yeah, 20% on my first time client special, which is a coaching and a spiritual response therapy session. It’s a two-hour session and that’s already discounted. Your audience gets 20% off of that as well to really make it affordable.
They should mention that they came through the show to you.
Exactly, yes.
The Essence of Healing & Finding Joy through Meditation
One of my favorite questions in the world, Christine, you, of all people, what does it mean to heal? We’re talking about that. How does that impact this collective consciousness of ours?
What it means to heal is to get rid of the programming you’ve accumulated through your lifetimes that are not showing you who you truly are. That is, you’re not fear, you’re not hate, you’re not grief, you’re not imperfect. We are all part and parcel of the Godhead, the divine. We’re all divine within ourselves. Healing really means coming back to wholeness, coming back to who we truly are, so that we can merge with that and we can express it as that. It means understanding that we are pure and unconditional love, and that’s what we’re meant to give to each other. In my eyes, that is healing and that’s why we’re here.
That’s beautiful, Christine. What is the Christine tip for finding joy in life?
The Christine tip for finding joy in life is to meditate. It’s such a simple tip. It doesn’t have to be long. People come to me and say, “I can’t meditate.” Even if you just do it consistently for 3 to 5 minutes each day, it helps you to separate your ego personality from who you truly are. At some point, you can start seeing that the mind chatter and the personality and all of that stuff that’s telling you you’re not enough and you can’t do this and that everything’s doomed and whatever else. That’s not you. It helps you understand who you truly are.
When you get in touch with that, you understand what true joy is, and you get in touch with your purpose. That’s when life becomes beautiful, no matter what your circumstances are. That’s why I say to everybody who comes to me at first, I ask them if they have a meditation practice, because no matter what kind of meditation it is, just meditate and start finding that love.
That’s beautiful. Christine, your mission to help others reconnect with their highest truth deeply resonates with me as it inspires individuals to live more meaningful and purpose-driven lives. I greatly admire how you collaborate with your clients, craft personalized coaching and healing journeys. Don’t we all want to experience greater joy, enabling them to experience greater joy while contributing to the uplifting of our collective consciousness and the well-being of our cherished planet? My heartfelt thanks to you, Christine, for this really enlightening and healing interview. It’s filled with so many transformational insights and I really thank you from my heart. Many blessings.
Thank you so much. It was such a pleasure and honor to be here with you and your audience.
Thank you, from my heart. To be continued.
